Front Office Receptionist
The main duty is to answer our multi-line Corporate
PBX telephone system professionally, politely,
direct calls correctly and assist in Agency clerical
needs.Duties & Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and direct calls
correctly
- Take and deliver messages
- Welcome customers and visitors and direct
them appropriately
- Check fax machine for incoming faxes and
deliver them accordingly
- File completed customer orders and
communication
- Create new customer files
- Enter sales leads into the Interlinc CRM and
mail appropriate marketing materials
- Process customer orders, deliveries and deal
with suppliers
- File and maintain database of customers,
suppliers, and other Agency contacts
- Maintain cleanliness of lobby and front
office
- General office duties as assigned
Prerequisite Qualifications:
- Excellent communication (verbal and
listening) on the phone and in person
- Pleasant phone voice, with proper spoken
grammar
- Ability to work with a variety of
individuals including clients, employees and
suppliers
- Ability to multi-task and change directives
quickly
- Ability to work in a fast paced office
environment
- 1-2 Years of strong high-volume multi-line
phone system operation
- Receptionist experience in a fast paced
environment
- Customer service experience an asset
Software Proficiency:
- Microsoft Word and Outlook
- General Internet
